CANCELLATION: If you cancel with less than 7 days’ notice, only 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. If notice of cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to the booking, the booking fee will NOT be refunded.

ALCOHOL POLICY: No alcohol is to be brought on to the premises unless by prior arrangement and subject to a corkage fee. Please email hallbooking@charfield.org for further details.

PRIVACY AND SILENCE: The Meeting Room is in the same building as the hall and sound may be heard from the main hall and vice versa.
