    Baby Cafe , Wednesday 22nd Aug

    Baby Café is an informal meeting place for parents, grandparents and carers of babies and toddlers. It is held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 2-4pm at the United Church in Bradley St.
    Unlimited tea/coffee/soft drinks, cake and biscuits are served by helpers who are nearly all grandmas and like to feel that they are offering a relaxing afternoon for the customers.
    At only £1 per session, the comfortable and warm surroundings is often referred to as 'the best place to meet'

    - "Jez Avery Stunt Driver" - Jez performs all his own spectacular stunts "on four wheels, two wheels, one wheel and no wheels", with audience participation.
    - "Michael Davie Falconry Display" - Back by popular demand, Michael provides an amazing falconry show, with both static and interactive displays.
    - "Tricky Micky" – Punch & Judy Fun Show for all the family throughout the afternoon.

    Wotton Gardening Club Autumn Show, Saturday 8th Sep

    From 11:00 to 13:00.     Add this to your calendar:        

    The Wotton Gardening Club Autumn show and plant sale will be held in the Wotton Town Hall at 11.00 am. Entries to the show are open to all GL12 residents and surrounding areas by arrangement as well as Gardening Club members. The show categories are vegetables and fruit, cut flowers, pot plants, floral arrangements and cookery. Entries are to be made please between 8.00 am and 9.15 am on the Saturday morning 8th September and schedules are available from the Chairman (David Wilson - telephone 01453 521523), from any committee member or from the One Stop Shop. Children are encouraged to make entries – an excellent learning experience for them. Admission to the show is free and refreshments will also be served. We look forward to seeing you there!
