The Memorial Hall

The main hall measures 8M x 10.24M excluding the stage and bar areas. The stage is perfect for shows, live music, musicals etc. The hall links to the seperatly hirable lounge via a passageway making use of the whole complex feasible for larger events such as bazaars, parties, plays etc.

The hall has large windows giving plenty of natural light. All large windows have blinds giving good daytime 'blackout' conditions for film and media presentations.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, bar and toilet facilities. The hall holds 100 people seated at tables, 120 seated for shows or 200 standing.

  • 10 large trestle tables (6ft x 2.5ft)
  • 5 smaller trestle tables (3ft x 2.5ft)
  • 80 chairs accesible. We have 140 total - please contact us if you need more than the 80 chairs.
  • Music system with microphone (this will play music from an aux lead or bluetooth).
  • Hearing loop




For a one off charge of £15 you can book the use of the kitchen.

For cooking / preparing:

  • Two ovens, microwave and fridge freezer
  • Large hot water urn
  • x2 kettles
  • Cutlery, Plates, Bowls, Tea cups and saucers for 70 people

Please remove all items from fridge-freezer before the end of your hire.

Please bring your own:

  • Tablecloths
  • Tea Towels
  • Consumables and cooking utensils

Please take away all rubbish and consumable items at the end of your hire.


For an additional £12 per hour you can hire our bar in the main hall.

The bar is licensed for the sale of alcohol.

The bar has a general stock (listed below) but can be adapted to meet your specific needs:

  • bottled beer, lager and cider
  • range of spirits and mixers
  • red, white, rose wines as well as prosecco 
  • soft drinks

No alchohol will be sold to guests under 18 and you may be asked for identification.

We are a cashless bar, all major cards are accepted. 


Supply of Alcohol and Welcome Drinks Service


We will seek to provide any alcohol that you require. No other alcoholic drinks should be brought onto the premises except by prior agreement and payment of a corkage fee.

We can supply a variety of welcome drinks for your guests. Please enquire about our prices for this service.


The Lounge 


The Lounge is the perfect place to hold a smaller gathering or meeting. It comes with its own kitchen and can seat around 30 people.

The Lounge has its own entrance and toilets. It has a Projector screen and Wifi.

The Meeting Room


The newest addition and smallest of our spaces is our meeting room. It can accomodate 15 people seated, it has a small kitchenette with tea/coffee making facitlities, and has easy access to the main hall toilet facilities. It shares the same entrance and foyer as the main hall, but is a completely seperate space beyond that. It is the perfect space for business meetings or small gatherings.
