Crime Reference 80368-10

Mark_Rosher Charfield Jul 3rd 2010 16:10 Report Abuse On behalf of the Councillors who have spent long hours trying to recover the damaged turf, and on behalf of the residents of Charfield who paid for it, I would like to call attention to the Crime Reference number above. Last night, after Graffiti Classics in the Memorial Hall, someone yet to be identified tore up several areas of the newly laid turf in the junior play area. Although we have attempted to re-lay as much as we can, costly damage has resulted, as well as another delay to the opening of the play area. Someone will know who it was, and when they are identified Charfield Parish Council will attempt to prosecute them for Criminal Damage. If you have any information the police would be interested in hearing from you.
